Ember n Frost began with a simple belief: the calm of a good spa shouldn’t be reserved for weekends away. Warmth and cold — two of the oldest wellness traditions — can become part of an ordinary day at home.

Ember is the slow, enveloping heat of an infrared sauna. Frost is the bright, clarifying shock of a cold plunge. Together they create a rhythm of release and renewal.

We are an independent online retailer based in the UK, serving customers across the UK and EU. We don’t manufacture products ourselves — instead, we carefully select pieces from third-party manufacturers and fulfilment partners, and focus on what we can control: honest information, fair pricing and attentive customer care.
